Lymphatic Drainage

While targeted to sufferers of lymphoedema and clients going through cancer treatment, the Lymphatic drainage massage can be for anyone. Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle massage that uses special movements to create a very relaxing and soothing massage. The treatment follows your lymphatic system which is located just under your skins surface. Lymph glands are found at certain areas around your body and are all connected via vessels that transport fluid. This fluid needs to be moved manually because there is no heart to pump it. Lymphatic drainage is absolutely amazing for your immune system. It helps with your bodies natural waste removal and detoxification. Helps relieve cold symtons, sore ears and throats, constipation, and excess fluid from the body. I use my very special blend of essential oils to make this treatment one of a kind.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is when small acupuncture needles are placed in to tight, tender areas of muscle. They are used to release tension, ease pain and soreness, help with inflammation, and promote healing. The needles help your body to release endorphins for pain relief. Dry needling is great for many common injuries including plantar fasciitis, arthritis, knee pain, shoulder pain, headaches, TMJ pain, carpal tunnel, golfers and tennis elbow plus much more! Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is when special cups are used on your body to create suction to your skin. It has been used for many many years to help release tight muscles, increase blood flow and relax the body. By creating a suction your muscles are stretched allowing new blood flow and nutrients to flow into that particular muscle. Cupping can sometimes leave marks on your body for 7-10 days. Cupping treatment is not available for pregnant women.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is available from 12weeks. If you are considered high risk or have had any complications during your pregnancy, please have a signed letter from your Doctor giving permission to receive a massage. My pregnancy massages are done side lying. This is the absolute safest position for both you and bub. The safety of both you and your baby is my number 1 priority!

Ear Candling

Ear candling is an ancient method that has been used by the Egyptians, the Chinese, Greeks, and the Indians of America. It involves using a specially made candle which is held gently at the edge of your ear to create a vacuum effect. Ear Candling is said to draw out old wax, stimulate the immune system and peripheral blood circulation. Ear Candling is relaxing, non-invasive and completely painless. Afterwards you will feel relaxed and refreshed. Your treatment will generally last about half an hour and includes gentle head and sinus massage.

During a hot stone massage smooth, flat, heated stones are used on certain parts of your body. The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that holds heat. Hot stone massage is the ultimate relaxation while easing tight sore muscles. Other benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, promotes overall health, and boosting your immune system. There are a few reasons why someone can not have a hot stone massage, these include diabetes, blood clots, pregnancy, bleeding disorders, heart conditions, high blood pressure, cancer, decreased pain sensitivity, or surgery within the last 6 weeks. Clients find this treatment deeply relaxing.
